Mishaal Hamzah Bawazir, S.H.
Mishaal Bawazier is the lead attorney in the litigation practice group, specializing in both criminal and civil litigation.
He has gained extensive experience working in one of the most reputable litigation law firms in Jakarta. His proficiency in handling criminal and civil cases includes the alleged embezzlement and money laundering case in Mustikaratu Cooperative at Polda Metro Jaya, the banking crime and money laundering case in Cipaganti Cooperative, a civil case of factoring financing, as well as assisting clients in investigative proceedings at the police office, prosecutor’s office and in examinations and related civil litigation at the courts, the High Court, and the Supreme Court.
Mr. Bawazir is a licensed advocate registered with the Indonesian Advocates Congress (Kongres Advokat Indonesia, KAI). He teaches a course on criminal law and procedure at the Faculty of Law of Al-Azhar University in Jakarta.
