Successfully represented PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk on one of the most high profile and complex toll road construction ever built in Indonesia. The HBR II Elevated Toll Road will complete the full circle of JORR 1 toll road and interconnect with JIUT toll road. The total investment value reaches around Rp15.8 trillion in land acquisition and cost of toll road construction.

Successfully represented MP1 in its cooperation with Gresini Racing Team, successfully assisted multiple music and copyright holding companies in relation to recording, licensing agreements, publishing and distribution agreements, as well as resolving alleged copyright infringement claims for clients, negotiating and settling matters against various companies.

Green Energy
Successfully assisted the first ever EPC Project in Methane Compressed Natural Gas Plant or Bio-CNG Plant in Indonesia. Located in Muara Wahau Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, this plant is able to produce power output of 1.2 Megawatts. We represented PT Raja Gas Kharisma, a joint venture company between PT Raja Rafa Samudra and an affiliated company, Concord Group Sdn Bhd from Malaysia.

Asset Recovery
Successfully recovered US$120,000,000 claim against a prominent Indonesian tycoon in only 5 working days, successfully resolved major disputes between shareholders of a company holding the exclusive license to distribute ultra-luxury car brands.
Natural Resources
Successfully represented one of Indonesian tycoons in the acquisition of sea sand mining located in Riau and the acquisition of two nickel mining concessions in Sulawesi.
Capital Market
Successfully represented Ansaland Property in an initial public offering and a private investor for indirect majority acquisition of two Indonesian publicly listed companies engaged in natural resources production and construction, respectively.
